The Story of EPD International

EPD International's journey began in 2019 with a bright yet bold idea from our founder, Levi Sinanovic, who envisioned a revolution in the B2C and B2B market for oral nicotine products. Products that, according to extensive Scandinavian research, are 95 to 99% less harmful to the human body than cigarettes. Our founder asked a close friend, Vincent Reid, currently serving as Wholesale Director, to join. The company began as a startup with one, and later two, warehouses in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. In those early years, we managed every aspect of the business ourselves—from product sourcing and logistics to our own customer service. Despite our modest beginnings, our unwavering dedication and entrepreneurial spirit laid the foundation for something much greater.

As our company's reputation grew and more customers began to notice us, it became clear that demand for our products and services was increasing, and we were on a path to success. This led to the appointment of a third person to help manage the increasing workload: Dino Sinanovic, Levi's father and an experienced businessman with a background in the events industry. Since the coronavirus pandemic caused all events to be canceled, there was ample time for a new project. Together, this ambitious team worked tirelessly to professionalize and expand our offering, quickly gaining momentum in the competitive B2C and B2B sectors.

By the end of 2021, the company had outgrown its roots and made the strategic decision to relocate its headquarters to Teplice, Czech Republic, following the implementation of the total ban on nicotine pouches in the Netherlands. This move marked a turning point, giving EPD International greater access to the broader European market and streamlining its operations. The transition enabled the company to scale, paving the way for rapid growth and establishing itself as a major player on the global stage.

As the team continued to grow, a fourth partner, Dani Sinanovic, Levi's older brother, was brought in to focus on further development and strengthen the company's supply chain capabilities. EPD International quickly grew into a fully-fledged family business, with dozens of employees operating a highly functional warehouse and office space in the Czech Republic. This extensive workforce, equipped with specialized knowledge in sales, logistics, and customer service, enabled the company to meet the increasing demand of customers worldwide.

Today, EPD International is one of the most respected names in the global B2C and B2B market, recognized for its seamless logistics, competitive pricing, and customer-focused approach.
